They have just announced the route of the Olympic cycling road races and part of the route literally goes past the end of Triple P's road. So the Olympics will be arriving about 100 yards away from where we are typing this!

Let's hope Nicole Cook can repeat her stunning victory in Beijing. The route is such that Agent DVD and I should be able to watch the race go by on the outward route and cycle across country to catch the return route near Triple P's house. We did a similar thing when the Tour de France came to Britain in 1994.
Now maybe I really do need to get those pedals for my new racing bike so I can try out part of the course!
